Now published 13 times a year, Radio Control Models and Electronics first appeared in May 1960 and has grown to become the UK's biggest and best selling monthly model flying magazine with a large worldwide readership. RCM&E is called R/C Model Aeroplane in North America.
The magazine has brought benchmark levels of writing and photography to the hobby and each issue has extensive reviews, informative features and opinionated columns from a number of well known contributors.
Every issue also includes a free high-quality plan along with an accompanying build article.
RCM&E covers all the important issues within the absorbing hobby of radio control model aircraft and is published monthly by MyHobbyStore Media.
The magazine's website here at www.modelflying.co.uk was launched at the end of 2006 and has quickly grown to become the largest and friendliest UK based model flying community with over 21,000 members. The site is more than just a forum and has an extensive free library of articles, tutorials, over 1000 user reviews, a digital archive of issues (for subscribers) and much more.
