All meetings will run from 7pm 
to 9.30pm. This is the venue at which we hold our popular indoor F/F meetings. The hall is not large enough for conventional shock flyers, but has proved suitable for smaller indoor R/C models.

Models to be flown at these meetings are to be limited to a maximum weight of 95 grammes (3.5 ounces) for fixed wing aircraft, in flight trim, including battery (not to exceed a 2-cell Li-Po pack). Helicopters are to be limited to a rotor diameter of 12” (305mm). All models will be weighed before flight, and will be judged on their suitability for the venue on the evening. Fixed wing models such as the Parkzone Ultra Micro series appear to be most suited to the hall.

Flying at these events will take place generally in accordance with our procedures developed at the regular indoor R/C events, details of which are available on our website.

Admission to the meetings will be £4 for fliers and £1 for spectators, whilst accompanied children will be admitted free. Junior fliers will be charged as adult spectators. Fliers will be required to show proof of insurance.

All models should be 25mW 5.8GHz or Wi-Fi FPV equipped. A frequency control system will be employed whereby each pilot will be allocated a video operating band, to guarantee frequency separation a maximum of 4 pilots will be permitted to transmit at any one time. Each model will need to be checked and a transmitter tag allocated before being cleared to fly.

Depending on the number of FPV models ready to fly there may be an opportunity to fly non-FPV equipped models.

Flying at these events will take place generally in accordance with our procedures developed at the regular indoor R/C events, details of which are available on our website.

 Alexandra Palace, London

The South’s Largest Model Engineering & Modelling Exhibition returns in January. This exhibition is regarded as one of the leading model shows in the UK and attracts over 14,000 visitors annually. Over 50 clubs and societies will be present displaying their members work and competing to win the prestigious Society Shield.  In total, nearly 2,000 models will be on display. The South’s Major Showcase of Modelling …… not to be missed!

Open 10am - 5pm Friday and Saturday and 10am - 4.30pm Sunday and last entry is 4pm Friday and Saturday and 3pm Sunday. Model Active Zone closes at 3.30pm on the Sunday. Cash Box opens at 9am each morning before the event opens at 10am.

Prepare to be dazzled, enthralled and mesmerised at The 2018 Weston Park International Model Air Show! Set in the gorgeous Shropshire countryside in the grounds of the 15th Century stately home covering over 1,000 acres, the Weston Park International Model Airshow is now in its 26th year and has established itself as one the foremost model shows in the country, attracting visitors and pilots from all over the world.  "You will find Weston beautiful.  What makes the Weston Park show special is the combination of an exceptional trade line-up, the best pilots and models around and the unique, friendly and welcoming atmosphere created by the organisers and the lengths they go to ensure there's something special for families and modellers alike.

 The Weston Park International Model Air Show really is something different to any other competing air-shows. Browse through the various sections on our website to find out more about all of the entertainment and display options available on-site, ranging from full-size to model aircraft.

Fantastic Trade support over 100 Traders, host of top pilots, full size display all 3 days, Swift display team, quad racing and quad fair, off road buggy racing, model boats, family attractions, on site camping from Thursday, spectacular night show Friday and Saturday evening, live entertainment Friday and Saturday night. 

Gates open each day at 8am, show starts 10am and ends at 17.30pm. Saturday evening night flying show 20.30pm until 22pm.

26th June 2018HampshireWaltham Chase Indoor R/C Small Models Meeting
 Wickham Community Centre, Mill Lane, Wickham, Hants, PO17 5AL

All meetings will run from 7pm 
to 9.30pm. This is the venue at which we hold our popular indoor F/F meetings. The hall is not large enough for conventional shock flyers, but has proved suitable for smaller indoor R/C models.

Models to be flown at these meetings are to be limited to a maximum weight of 95 grammes (3.5 ounces) for fixed wing aircraft, in flight trim, including battery (not to exceed a 2-cell Li-Po pack). Helicopters are to be limited to a rotor diameter of 12” (305mm). All models will be weighed before flight, and will be judged on their suitability for the venue on the evening. Fixed wing models such as the Parkzone Ultra Micro series appear to be most suited to the hall.

Flying at these events will take place generally in accordance with our procedures developed at the regular indoor R/C events, details of which are available on our website.

Admission to the meetings will be £4 for fliers and £1 for spectators, whilst accompanied children will be admitted free. Junior fliers will be charged as adult spectators. Fliers will be required to show proof of insurance.
