	To be held at one of the clubs sites, all but two are accessible by car. Selection will depend on the wind direction on the day.	Open to scale models only but not competitive. Come and join us for a nice relaxing day or weekend on the Welsh hills with a few pints and a good chin wag on the Saturday night. Should the wind be unsuitable for hand launch (light winds) an electric winch and a strong bungee will be available on suitable slopes. You will require a strong hook on, or slightly forward of the C of G. A camping site will be available for the weekend along with B&B accomodation. 25th September 2010	Devon	The Great South West Economy Run in Aid of ‘The Devon Air Ambulance’
	Exeter Racecourse Kennford Exeter EX6 7XS	Exeter & District Radio Control Club, based at Exeter Racecourse are pleased to announce this event that anyone with BMFA membership & insurance can take part in. This will be held at our flying site at Exeter Racecourse on Saturday 25th September 2010 - first flights from 10am. The main objective of the competition is to achieve the longest flight by a model i.c. powered aircraft on just 2oz (55ml) of fuel, timed from R.O.G. (rise off ground) to touchdown. Rules There will be an annual trophy awarded, along with a small prize for first, second & third places. For those wishing to stay locally, there is a Caravan club campsite on the racecourse & hotel accommodation at Kennford just under 2 miles away. 	Fleet Air Arm Museum, Yeovilton, Somerset.	Press release reads - "Record numbers of model aircraft enthusiasts are anticipated at the Fleet Air Arm Museum’s Autumn Model Show on October 23rd to see the British Model Flying Association’s spectacular display of radio controlled aircraft. Although the flying line up for this year has yet to be confirmed, previous years have seen international prize winners flying their stunt helicopters, spitfires and even a jet powered Concorde. The Fleet Air Arm Museum hosts two model aircraft shows each year. In February, the show is biased towards plastic models whereas the October show is biased towards radio controlled models. Throughout the museum, over eighty traders and clubs from all over the UK will be present to offer unusual retail opportunities and advise on modelling techniques. If you are wondering what to do with the children over the autumn half term, then the Fleet Air Arm Museum’s Autumn Model Show could be just what you are looking for. There will be a range of workshops including an Airfix ‘Make and Paint’ workshop and competitions for the under 16s with generous, prizes sponsored by Airfix. In addition to the Model Show, you will see the largest collection of Naval aircraft anywhere in Europe. You will have the opportunity of going on-board the first British built Concorde and a simulated helicopter flight will take you to the replica flight deck of the aircraft carrier HMS ARK ROYAL where you’ll experience the thrills and sounds of a working flight deck and even see a nuclear bomb!"
