Hi

I've just joint my local club in Rainham Essex and I decided after a long time to buy the new Chris Foss Ripmax trainer.

It took about 6 hrs to put together.

I found that there was a few thing in the instructions that where not as clear as they could have been, that the ally joining bar for the wings needed about 10-15mm cut off on end that it was not supplied with a spinner and the nylon wing screws where missing too.

Once I got it to the field and had it checked over a few of the instructors gave it it's first flight.

It flow very well and just to make sure 4 instructors checked it out. We then found that it was supplied with a tank that only gave it 5-6 min of flight. (fitted with an OS 46 AX)

Apart from this its a grate looking trainer very well made and very easy to put together.

They all wanted a go eh Chris......that's instructors for you

Seriously that's good, yes a bigger tank wouldn't go amis if you can fit one in.

Hi David

Put a 10oz tank in it in the end

If it stops raining gonna have my first flight in the morning.

I aint got a buddy box so it's gonna be fun fingers crossed

But a cant wait
