What happened to Dave, why did he leave RCM&E ?

Just wondered, i used to enjoy his articles and how he could try to make anything fly with the technology of the time, bring him back !!!!!

He didn't leave Chris as such but I understand he had other distractions in his life that reduced his output. Hopefully we'll see more of him in the future.
