 The piccie is a pixely thing, it needs you to reduce the photo size by pixels rather than other means (I hope I am not speaking out of turn) The destructions that appear after clicking the photo box are thus:-

Instructions: Press the 'Browse' button and select an image from your computer that is one of the following file types: .jpg, .JPEG or .gif. Please ensure that it is 100 pixels wide and 120 pixels high (see example on left). Once selected press the upload button.

Dont know what photographic software you are using Eric, but most have the feature to reduce by phisical size (inches, centimetres) also by pixels. May be a good idea to delve further into the depths of your program to see.

 If you can reduce to the size above it should be possible, failing that, email me the photo & I will return it to you in its reduced state.
