Hi,

Does anyone know of an instrument I can plug into a lipo balancing plug that will give a digital simultaneous reading of the cell individual voltages and individual cell capacities in mAh after use?

There was someone on ebay selling a little plug-in for about £3 that monitors individual cell voltage up to 5 cells via the balance plug, using a bicolour led, but it doesn't have a capacity readout.

Try giant cod or brc hobbies - they stock them (assuming you mean the checker mentioned in the christmus issue 2007 - fly electric)

They give a rolling sequence of a  voltage readout of each cell in digital form, which I assume is what is needed. (Splitting hairs!).
