To all xcweather.co.uk users who like or need to keep an eye on the flying weather. I have 2 computers (no bragging intended!) on which I view xcweather. Until recently the maps and data have displayed faultlessly on both, using Firefox as my browsers.  Recently, on one machine the left hand panel (the UK map) has displayed rather like red, white and blue flag made up of small boxes.  This only happens for the wind speed preference.  The map still displays for the other preferences, e.g. visibility. I've tried reinstalling  Firefox but to no avail.

When I copy the flag display to Word the map reappears. Has anyone had similar experiences?

Cheers

Bill

All fine here on all my PCs and laptop too, all firefox browsers too.

The problem has corrected itself.  I think a gremlin had got into my Firefox installation during a crash.  The gremlin seems to have been cleared out by my request for a new Firefox session rather than electing to restore the crashed session.

Many thanks for your concern. Cheers. Bill

Which is best, a re-boot, or a swift boot?
