What's the main radio brand you use?

Percentages are interesting but rather meaningless unless you know what the actual numbers are. If only one person voted it might indicate 100% take-up of his brand of transmitter!

 

Could we see numbers as well as percentage figures please?

Other possibles.....how much do you spend a year on modelling.....where do you buy your modelling supplies from...Online UK....online abroad...LMS.... Should Futaba reduce the price of their 2.4GHz Rxs (would only need the yes box for that one I think)

I have voted JR but use a JR transmitter with a Spektrum module and mostly Spektrum receivers, so the result might not be so clear cut as it should be at the end.

 

But, then, it's only a bit of fun?

I'm JR have been for over 20 years, but....

 

I need (OK Want) a new radio. I'm fortunate that I can afford whatever I like, my last 2 Radios were a PCM10 and currently a PCM10X (10 years old so I get my monies worth).

 

I want the top of the range JR, which I recon to be the DSX12, but its only available in DSM2 format. DSM is being superseded by both JR & Spektrum.

 

Newer JR radios are now using DSMS (or DSMJ) but not this radio.

 

With money burning a hole in said pocket, I'm very tempted to jump over the fence and buy Futaba who seem to have this 2.4 off pat.

 

Back to the web trawling for any glimmer that JR will produce a radio to compete with the latest Futaba offerings.

Futaba, 35 and 2.4 although I have to admit a recent purchase of a DX6i but have recovered and since sold and purchased more Futaba RX's.

Gave my old Sanwa and Futaba gear away after many years faultless service, and changed to Spekky. Equally faultless 12 months on.

Voted Jeti as that's the system the receivers see but it's in a Futaba tranny - I also use a Futaba 35 MHz one.
