I found my problem was a lazy rudder servo, once changed it was much better. Then the horizontal stabiliser kept twisting.I removed the covering and that was all that was holding it together.Once re glued it was fine

Ugly looking things aren't they but they fly very well don't they Stephen?

I flew mine with a series of OS four strokes for years, frequently as a basic trainer to teach nervous elderly beginners with on a buddy lead. Later on I sold it to the club secretary who converted it to electric power. Unfortunately he died of a brain tumour, he was a lovely man, and we raffled off all of his modelling stuff.

The new owner fitted a Bluebird 40 two stroke but we've never been able to get the engine to run satisfactorily so it's not flown for the last few years.

I really like the basic lines of the Radio Queen and thoroughly enjoy flying mine. The SC 52 4 stroke seems a perfect conbination and my only problem is my engine looks like its been left outside forever and I dont think its that old either
