I have just found in my loft a plan of a hurricane for single channel and think at 50" it would make an excellent electric conversion the only problem being that no c of g is marked on the plan and may be a bit tricky to fly by guessing the c of g.It is a very old plan but wondered if anyone had built and flown one

Just looked in my copy of oct 1972 Radio Modeller and no mention is made of the c of g in the build article !! will have a look for the plan that DB did for a Hurri of 48" span , may give you a starting point

Thanks for info a friend suggested c of g at about a third of wing cord which would put it under the main spare which would seem about right
