Phoenix Sim

After switching on and OKing for updates to be installed, the screen went blank, apart from the headings. No model, no picture, nothing. Anyone know why ???

You were sure you were connected to the internet? Did you have the dongel connected? It can sometimes take a few mins to update - did you give it enough time?

(Typical isn't it - chap asks a simple question and all everyone can do is ask him a load of questions back!)

Hi BEB, Yes, to all of your questions.

I'm not able to find an e.mail address to request help from the Phoenix developers. When I had a previous Phoenix Sim I was able to contact them for help!! It's frustrating to be staring at a blank screen. As I said earlier, it must be working because I get the Headings, System, Model, Flying site,etc showing but thats all !!

Are you able to install again from the disk Ericrw? Sometimes this is the only way.
