  1. It looks like the January 2023 issues isn’t showing as downloadable for me. I just got an email to renew and I have 4 or so issues left in my current subscription, so expecting things to be downloadable. Maybe some job hasn’t been run yet.
  2. Thanks Alfred, That worked for me. I should have thought about a new customer number when they sent me a new one earlier this year for getting at the website.
  3. My digital issue shows asking me to purchase it within the PocketMag and RCM&E apps. I posted in the subscription thread last week last week and haven't heard anything back yet. My subscription should end next April.
  4. I see the September 2022 issue is available in the app (I have a digital subscription), but right now it's asking for me to buy the issue. I know my subscription is good until next April. Probably a technical glitch that will get solved soon (I hope). Eric Van Norman
  5. Posted by Lorenz Mueller on 25/11/2020 09:21:24: Posted by kc on 07/11/2020 16:41:15: Also says "RCME publishes 13 great issues a year" . Is that correct? Is there a Special included if I buy a years print subscription? The advert in this forum says the print +digital is 13 issues a year - is there an extra issue for print + digital subscribers that print only subscribers don't get? Edited By kc on 07/11/2020 16:44:18 Not this year - covid savings regrettably gives us only 12 "normal" issues, A real pity, as the larger plan in the special issue was what brought me to RCM&E in the first place... Let's hope there will be a special next year again! Lorenz And looking it seems they combined December and January so not sure how many issues we will see in 2021. Most magazines I subscribe to will make sure you get the number of issues you paid for, so expecting that my subscription has been extended 2 issues. But we will see what response we get from the editors.
  6. Email had correct articles, but the Model Engineer cover which is what I see at the website. I expect things will get straightened out next week.
  7. Hello Beth, I’m just checking on your statement that we need to have a current subscription to see issues we got during our subscription. I believe you we’re saying above that once our subscription ends, we lose access. All my other mags don’t do that (unless the magazine goes under). I can see past subscription issues or bought single issue on Pocket Mag. So I would believe that old subscription RCME issues would be available. One thing, and maybe you meant this, is that no subscription prevents me from accessing the back issue library. The reason I get a subscription through RCME instead of Pocket Mag is because I get access to all back issues in the library (while the sub is active). I hope the the above is correct.
  8. I also could not access the Feb 2018 issue on my iPad although I could on this website. Followed the advice above and did a reactivate of my subscription using the 10 digit number from my settings and all seems well. I now my subscription ends in March, so not sure which issue it really ends with (but I should have gotten the Feb.). Will have to check into renewing soon (haven't gotten the email yet).
  9. Hello, I seem to have lost access in the subscriber area and to the archives. I am a digital subscriber and have an email titled "RCM&E DIGITAL Subscription Confirmation‏" which shows my subscription ends with March 2016 and includes a subscription number. I did verify the number is that shown in my profile. What do I need to do next? Not sure who to contact. Thanks
  10. Pete, I was able to access the Feb 2015 issue (last issue of my prior subscription) after activating with the new code (the new subscription should have been for March 2015 to Feb 2016). Right now I am OK, but I'm curious what will happen when I get to the Feb 2016 issue. Eric
  11. Posted by Eric Van Norman on 10/01/2015 15:14:06: I should receive the Feb 2015 ssue as part of my prior subscription. The March 2014 was the first issue of my online and digital subscription. Long time print subscriber before that. I also renewed my subscription so should get issues through feb 2016. I do not have access to the feb issue 2015 in the iPad app. Pocketmags shows my sub as not active. What do I need for access to the new issues? Update: I redid the activation again (did Activate within iOS app) and this time the download option shows up.
