Anyone know of any UK stockists of phoenix models ? Plenty in USA and mainland Europe , but can only find discontinued items in a handful of UK stores .

hello to you all , i've just bought a tired looking aviomodelli piper arrow as a refurb project over winter . i would welcome any info off folks who have had this model for when i get to the fitting out . suitable tank , engine , c o g ,etc . finding limited  info on the net

just to to say i have now removed the case on both tx's and there is the same burnt out part on the left side of the pcb on both tx;s . i'm still trying to get information off ripmax regarding returns ,they just keep banging on about going to retailer first

thanks wingman for your quick response . the slave tx [the one that the burning  smell came from] still functions .the master tx is dead in so much that there is no lcd display . my main concern is that i may have invalidated the warranties by using a buddy lead , therefore having to buy possibly two txs for the sake of a dodgy buddy lead . it we be annoying not to say costly considering they were  purchased new 7 months ago

i was wondering if anyone out there has suffered the same problem as myself .i've been using two 6ex tx's [2.4] linked by buddy lead for 6 months or so whilst training . today the master showed no display when switched on followed by burning smell from the linked buddy tx [not the master] . any help as to what to do next will be welcomed . [both tx batteries charged yesterday]

thanks for the reply ernie but i would prefer artf .i can't believe there's not a high wing trainer type that doesn't look boxy . the only one i've seen was met with a sucking of teeth when mentioned to club mates . no names but it is abs construction

hello , my training is coming on nicely [brilliant instuctor] using my boomerang .i'd like to get a "back up" plane to use in case of a mishap and to carry on with in the future . being realistic i'd want trainer friendly handling ,but something that resembles a plane and not a box with an engine . any suggestions ? p s must be ic

can anyone suggest the best way to connect a powered pump and starter at the same time to a 12v 7.2 a battery , other than through a power panel . unsure as to what connections and wiring to use
