  1. Hi 'Vintage', if you still need the instructions, I have some and can sort them out this weekend. John
  2. Hi Chris, watching with interest. I like an 'old time' build.
  3. Thank you Dick, I looked through that forum and the sugestion is that the drivers do not work properly with Windows 7. My computer is running on Windows 7. I am going to upgrade to Windows 10 and try again. John
  4. Can any one help? I have a Night Hawk 250 with an Open Pilot CC3d Evo Flight controller. I have downloaded the software to my computer but every time I try to open the download on my computer a message comes up ' Openpilotgcs exe has stopped working'. As far as I am aware the computer says it has downloaded correctly but it will not run. Has any one any idea what I may be doing wrong.
  5. Thank you both. I have purchased one today.
  6. Can anyone tell me where I can buy a steped reamer to open up the hole in my propellers please? If I drill the hole it always comes out off centre. Thanks,
  7. Hi again, I have checked my transmitter again and tried another model memory and the travel on the servo and the monitor screen is normal. I have cleared the memory on the channel I was using and it is now all back to normal. Thanks again to every one for the advice. John
  8. Thank you all for your replies. I cannot check at my transmitter for a few days so I will look at it on Monday and let you know what I find. John
  9. Can any one help?. I have a Spektrum Dx6i which has given good service in the past but now is showing a strange problem. For example, when I move the rudder stick it gives more movement at the servo to the left than to the right. I have tried to compensate with the adjustments in the transmitter but nothing changes. I have tried another receiver and another servo and it is the same. I have tried another transmitter and the servo moves equally both ways. Have I done something to the settings on my transmitter or is it time to get it checked out by the manufacturer? Thanks, John
  10. Realy good blog. Inspired me to get on with mine. Well done. John
  11. Thanks for the advice Martyn K, I will be watching your blog. It looks as if I will be using Litespan then. Thanks everyone for the advice. John Keywood
