I do not like any of the snakes that may kill me or make me very sick!

Once in a US Hunting and Fishing Magazine I read where a Texas Doctor, who has treated 100's of Rattle Snake bites in his long career said, not one of the snake bite victims had heard a rattle! Every year on my farm in Alabama many very large and very mean snakes are killed. Not only do we have several different kind of Rattlers we also have Copper Heads and Cotton Mouths and they do get large and are very dangerous! Down here in Florida in addition to the ones mention above we also have the deadly Coral Snake whose venom attacks the nervous system. They do not have fangs and must chew your skin for the venom to enter your body. Forty Five seconds later you are dead. We have killed a number of these on our property. Leo

Peter Jenkins - I chuckled when as I read your comment about the centering the spray bar on the fuel tank! For a moment it was as tho I was reading "setting up" a control line model. That is a beautiful model! Good Job! Leo -

Over here I am not sure what the future is for Diesel, especially where it is going in the pick up truck area! I have a 2007 Chevrolet 3500, Dually (Dual Rear Tires) 1 ton. It is a 365 hp, 600 ft-lb torque, that I use for farm related tasks. That same truck today has 450 hp Diesel engine, 900 ft-lb of torque, and a price tag of over $60,000!( Ford is at $73,000)! Way beyond my pocket book anyway! The major problem is not to buy a trailer which the weight capacity exceeds 10,000 lbs. When I procured the trailer and before the Feds passed these regs I found a very good trailer that had a capacity of 20 tons, now the Federal and State Departments of Transportation do not care about the weight as much they do about the upper limit of the Combined Weight Capacity of the truck and the trailer! In my case this is 6,600 + 20,000 which exceeds the allowed by 600 pounds! The regulations require a driver of any vehicle with capacity to haul over 26,000 pounds to have a commercial lincese. This brings on many other requirements. So I am stuck! I may have to sell the trailer. Leo
