i have 4 dif motors in dif planes and they all seem to be running at less than max revs, is it pos i have messed up with my Tx or !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (dont think i;m imagining it)

Just finished setting up he new build but when i turned of the Tx to unplug the battery the motor/prop started rotating.... how and why could this happen.

after many years of oily planes followed by the leccys, decided i have wasted and ignored the amazing hills and coastline around here,so. a gliding we shall go. I have almost finished the fuse (late 1940s type from a couple of old pics and a small outline drawing)so not very scale but looks a bit like it. Now for the wing about and this is where all you glider guys can help, its about 96" span and 10.5" constant cord except for 2-3 ribs either end which tapers of to a rounded tip. I think i will go with a flat bottom renalds as opposed to anything to tec simply for ease of building so would you build washout into a wing of this type or not . ps i was born about the same time as the beast so looking for a fairly steady eddy......

so can i safely use DSM2/DSMX and also DSMX/DSM2 with my old DX7 tranny.

I have seen this term when looking for DSM2 Rx as opposed to DSMX.

what is forwards or backwards compatible as in receivers !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

cant believe where this has gone,think its time to close it.

so, i have got an old DSM2 DX7... how do i cancel one of the Rx's and give it a new number.

have just plumbed in a new Rx into a new plane and inadvertently used an existing plane number. Ok lets take the prop off and see if they both work...YES they do.both planes will run together..

So, cant afford a new one .......Charged overnight -OK Switched on-OK Lights up-OK Works throws on last prog entered-OK Trims working-OK WILL NOT ENTER ANY OTHER PROG.

think my tranny just died,charged overnight ok, turn on lights up, nothing else working, very old has done well.

trims ok just up & down buttons

yes but its landing on R every time.

trying to set up the end point adjustment on ailerons but the curser refuses to land on the left hand wing servo in "end point adjust" window

Hi everyone, Thanks to you all for you help and and answers. Especially to Denis Watkins. After a long time out of flying i thought any DSM Rx was ok. Have now dug up an old DSM2 and it went straight in. LESSON LEARNT thanks to a great forum. Merry Xmas all, Trev.
