  1. You can only wonder what would have happened if they had a mid air.
  2. I have often thought that of all the various disciplines within our sport that control-line combat was the one to include in the Olympics. When you look at the way the pilots move on the circle, and consider the mental exertion involved, it must be on a par with fencing.
  3. Hi, I have an RC factory crak yak (big) which is a really good flyer, the only problem being that it gets blown about in anything above 5mph winds, perhaps it's because our site is prone to much turbulence.the parkmaster is, I find an excellent model and like the yak has far more performance than most of us can exploit. I have a crak yak xl awaiting building this I think would be the best choice for flying in light winds of up to 12mph.if you watch the RC factory videos on YouTube, when flown outside the lack of any wind is apparent. Have fun.
  4. Wotto Geoff, I use an ISDT FD100 to discharge my lipo's.. A very good bit of kit, I connect 6, 2650 batteries using a balance board, and away it goes.it's limited to 80w which is enough for relatively small packs.
  5. Most motor factors and hardware shops have a box of o rings of various sizes and I have always managed to get one to fit.
  6. A mate of mine is a clay pigeon shooter and he gave me set of shooting glasses.there are 4 lenses, pinkyred, grey, yellow and a very pale yellow, I must say that they sharpen up the sky noticeably, the pinkyred ones do take about 10 minutes to get accustomed to though.if you don't need corrected vision to fly I would recommend a set.
  7. Has anyone used these batteries, or any comparison with graphine?
  8. Much better than the old bag I've got indoors 😃😃😃😃😃
