  1. Hi I tried this on Chrome running on my Apple MacBook Air and it works but Safari didn't
  2. Hi Pete. my stuff has been packed away for the winter but I have managed to get a couple of pictures, I hope it helps? Regards, David The first one shows the aerial along the side of the bus it's the grey wire - you also make out the aerial poking out the side. This one nearly shows the aerial poking out the side so I have them at right angles
  3. Posted by Steve Goodwin on 03/02/2016 12:36:46: Can I ask for some help please. I have the Durafly Junior, I have concerns about the receiver installation. I am using a Spektrum full range receiver and standard installation stipulates a 90 deg seperation of the aerials, there is simply no space, any advice? Cheers Edited By Pete B - Moderator on 03/02/2016 12:53:08 Hi, I use Futaba that also has two aerials - I have just poked a hole through the side of the fuselage located the aerials then pushed the receiver into place - works like a dream!

I took mine this year Joliffee though it didn't fly this time the gusty turbulent cross wind put me of though I did fly my trusty old e-pioneer, but a re-union next year sounds a great idea Yes the winds have been very bad this year Phil, I managed to get my A during a big blow - we should try to get a get together next year a lot of us built the Barnstormers - so if only we have a static display it would be worth it?

  7. Is it ok to use the F150 3-Axis Gyro in a fixed wing plane - I only ask because I've only seen them on helicopters?
  8. Posted by chris larkins on 28/04/2015 12:53:47: A few days ago I ordered a 10mm LED from eBay (£2.99 inc P&P) to use as a landing light, this is pre-wired and came mounted in a chromed plastic bezel and is designed to be run on 6v. As mentioned in a previous post the UBEC that I am using has a receiver switched output for an AUX function that is selectable at either 5v or 6v, I will wire up the LED with a socket so that it can be disconnected if I ever need to remove the nose cone. What a good idea - I will steal this is you don't mind?
  9. Hi Chris. I notice that some guys have found the nose wheel mounting is weak - have you any thoughts about this? David.
  10. Posted by Brian Pearson on 19/04/2015 20:01:27: Hi. Just finished mine. Always wanted a full size. ...nearly bought one years ago. To me it's a thing of beauty. Should maiden it this week. I'll put some pics up if I can work out how to. I was wondering what motors and ESC's you used? David
  11. HI Chris. I have purchased one of these but not started to build it yet but I have purchased two Turnigy Aerodrive SK3 - 3536-1200kv motors. I will be keen to see how you proceed with your build so please keep up the god work! David
  12. You need to use the BALANCE plug... This is what runs the main blades. The front motor goes into channel 3
