  25. A message from Mortons Media... We hope that digital subscribers are enjoying being able to download digital versions of the Pro-Plans from each issue of RCM&E. This is a new service that we have been offering, starting from the January issue. However, it does have some limitations, which we only became aware of when preparing this issue, as we can only offer downloads for plans if we have permission or rights to do so. And we regret that in the case of mini jet designs from Tony Nijhuis Designs Ltd. we do not have such permission, so we are unable to provide a link to the TND Vampire plan published in the printed edition of this issue of RCM&E. In his article on the Vampire, Tony writes: “The plan itself will only be available in the May print edition of RCM&E with future copies again only being available through TND Ltd.” This restriction on digital plan availability will also affect future models in the latest TND mini jet series - the F9F Panther, F9F Cougar and F-16 Falcon. All are intended to be published in print editions of RCM&E during 2023. In place of the Vampire plan we will be providing digital subscribers with a link so that they can download the plan of Ton van Munsteren’s P-51B Razorback Mustang, originally featured in RCM&E, August 2022. Alternative plans will also be provided for the remaining TND plan features mentioned above when they are featured in RCM&E later this year.
