Available will be 20 plus large tables at £6 each, some small tables will be available at £4 each. Entry and setting up for stall holders from 8:00am. Good parking, portaloo and the BMFA Northern Area are supporting the event. BMFA Members are welcome to join us and proof of BMFA Membership and insurance will be required. We are also looking forward to meeting anyone who would like to attend via the BMFA trial flight ‘Flightfest’ program for model flying. Arrangements on the day can be made to visit our flying site at Bossall near York and have a trial flight and meet the club.   10. Bring any scale models, including helicopters. Nothing over 25kg without prior agreement. Turbine models, scale only, may be allowed depending on the crops in the adjacent fields. Please check first. Insurance will be required for all models. There will be toilets on site, and there may be limited catering. Free entry.     The first AHA scale only event under our new Scale rep. All abilities welcome with no requirement for A or B test. Proof of BMFA membership needed. £5 per pilot with the pilots briefing at 9:00am. Spectators welcome but sorry, no pod and boom.
