Deleted as highlights not been on yet. My bad.😇 -
Yes, this one was rebuilt using ASP spare parts. Turned out to be a great engine.

A knackered liner will look like this. This was from an OS46FX that I rebuilt. When spares were still available.

How faulty was the RX Ron? Programming or hardware, and which RX? -
We went back last September. A lot, and I mean a lot has changed. So much so that we are not returning this year. Our regular Hotel has not changed, but many of the restaurants and bars have not come through you know what well. There was a couple we really enjoyed in Valletta, but they appear to have changed hands and the ambiance was not good. Where are you staying this time @ken anderson.? So this year we are doing our other favourite holiday. Another cruise. We shall be in Monaco for the wife`s 60th birthday. I have told her that if I save really really hard I may be able to buy her a cup of tea whilst we are there.

Thanks @Ron Gray😆 I shan`t tell if you don`t.

My favourite aircraft of all time. I shall be following with interest.

At the edge of our site there is this large pile of rotting hay bales. Well temptation got the better of me. -
How many passes was that @Ron Gray? Looks good!

Reliability of FRsky Tandem X20S
Kevin Fairgrieve replied to Sam Longley's topic in Gadgets and Electronics
I have been flying Frsky since 2012. In that time I have never had an issue that I can put down to the hardware! Started off with a DX7 that I modified improved with a hack module. Then a DX9 the early one not the plus model. Then 3 Horus X12S and now a Tandem X20. Never have I had one "unbind" on me. The new ETHOS OS is one of the easiest to program that I have come across. There are plenty of very good utube video`s out there. No idea what part of the world you are from Sam, but if I were you I would find another model shop and a club where training is FREE. There is a thread about the X20 HERE. -

Fantastic day today, little to no wind and a couple of very low passes from the USAF! I flew my Freewing Vulcan, which has not been out many times as it was never a favourite. But today I had 3 excellent flight. -
Fokker WW1 green stripped painted aircraft

A DR1 replica. Shows quite well the streaky paint applied. -
I have made a start!!!

Hanky Planky in flight! Due to its small size and wide speed range, it is not easy to photograph.

Good Service!

My Walrus just seems to be lacking something. Can`t put my finger on it. Even with the light show it seems to be lacking oomf! I will transfer the Radion light controller into the Walrus. Have two night flyers then. -

Those Radion`s did look the business. My humble walrus just did not cut it! -

Hats off to Kings Lynn Model Shop and APC. Ordered a new toy at around 8pm Sunday, arrived in my grubby little hands at 1pm today. Can`t say better than that. Excellent service from both.
