Ady Hayward
I'm undecided. Its either a 1948 plan for a Free flight Chipmunk, or a 1957 PE Norman edf Javahawk Free flighter. Both would be electric powered.
Plummet
Boddo's 63" Barnstormer for me. With a possible follow up of the Auster B4 - a plan published in the year and month of my birth. Plummet
Chris Bott - Moderator
Matador. With a push button single channel option. I was sure I had already put this on a list somewhere but I can't see it above. My mistake probably.
Martyn K
If I get time, I'll add a KK Senator - original free flight and rubber powered, (no R/C assist) as a second model. However, it will happen after I have built the Astro Hog and providing next spring/summer repairs and maintenance don't get in the way. Big Bandit
Hi BEB, Can you add an Eric Clutton Sharkface to my bill, blame Steve Hargreaves for reminding me I had the plan. Just need to finish the tailplane for the Super 60 now to clear the small building board, and sort out one of my old DC wasps . Cheers, Chris. Steve Hargreaves - Moderator
I dug out my old DC Wasp last night as a potential powerhouse for my Sharky (Chris was kind enough to send me the plan....) A bit of a clean & an oil & it seems to flick over nicely.....I need to bolt it to the test bench & find some high nitro fuel to see it runs OK...... Steve Hargreaves - Moderator
Guys...I just wanted to add a note to the effect that if you feel like living dangerously & inviting the wrath of your fellow modellers by fitting an electric motor to your vintage designs rather than a suitable diesel or glow motor then I would be very happy to receive your powertrain set up data for inclusion in the Electric Flight database....
