That's what I was thinking, but the January 2020 edition would have been published in December 2019 and the February and March editions although published in 2020 would have been before lockdown. I just got an email to renew and I have 4 or so issues left in my current subscription, so expecting things to be downloadable. Maybe some job hasn’t been run yet. Promptly answered - gave the young lady my name & address, she confirmed that I should have received it by then & said she would have it posted out. The mag hit the doormat yesterday (23rd Feb) morning. Don Fry Posted October 18, 2023 Share Posted October 18, 2023 I used to subscribe to the digital copy of RCM@E. It appears it ran out in May. No reminder to renew. Been constantly busy, failed to miss it until today. Not a great business model. Last year there was an issue with Pocketmags that caused issues, and a gap in the library. I realise I write this diatribe on a forum run by the publishers, at no cost. But at what point do I abandon such poor service. Give me a reason to re subscribe.
