"Y"leads

If you have some suitable wire, Eric (12 or 14SWG silicon-covered will be fine), it's easiest to make your own. Just solder extensions from the ESC leads and make them long enough to reach a point where you can solder them in pairs to the bullets which will connect to your battery pack.

However, keep them as short as possible - I've not had any problems with extending ESC to battery wire length up to about 12" - but there can be problems with high voltage spikes affecting the ESC. Have a read of this thread.

It is generally better to extend the wires from the motor to the ESC. Never having had a Twinstar I'm not sure of the dimensions involved - just make sure that the ESC's get some airflow for cooling.
