Simon Feather Posted June 27, 2016 Share Posted June 27, 2016 Hi all - this isn't a replacement for the "Official" Greenacres thread, but as the date approaches I thought I'd start something in the Ballerina forum to see how many Ballerinas might be there for a Ballet, and if there is any kind of "formal" photo shoot, flypast, or get-together planned. Show of hands anyone? I can only go on the Saturday, so - weather permitting - I hope to get there by about 10am with my "B" Ballerina. Hope to see lots of you there! Im sorry but in one way it is for the best. as I have also had a minor medical problem. Nothing serious but I would feel happier not coming. I've just recently had a few weeks off work and I can thoroughly recommend that for getting down to the field more often. But not so much for the underlying reason. The weather forecast is looking pretty terrible, particularly for Saturday, so you may not miss much other than the socialising. I don't mind the wind so much, but I draw the line at flying in a downpour! I have a UKCAA event on Sunday that I have to attend as I am organising it! and tomorrow we have practice day for my daughters wedding in 3 weeks time.
