Chris Bott - Moderator Posted March 1, 2019 Share Posted March 1, 2019 I don't know the proper answer to this Bert but I think we've only seen this with iPhone/iPad photos in the past. Is this the case here? If so you might wish to experiment with holding the iPhone or iPad "upside down" or at least the opposite way to the way you did to take the above pic. brokenenglish Posted March 1, 2019 Share Posted March 1, 2019 I've had to sort this problem with my wife's photos. It's due to using a phone (Iphone or Android) that "rotates the screen on its own". Most phone photos come out OK (i.e. the phone hasn't rotated anything) but, if this happens, you need to get the photo sorted on a PC before you load it.
