Traditional thermal / electric glider kits

I'm looking for a balsa kit to make a glider (100" or bigger preferably). I want to make it electric for use at a flat field. Can anybody recommend a full kit (not just plans) that is available in the UK? (Lockdown project !)

At the moment I'm thinking the Elan 100 from Cambrianplanes but not sure what else is available. Trying to avoid the super expensive modern stuff that needs tiny radio gear etc.

How about something like this? There may be others suitable on the Hyperflight website, and you always get good servise from them.

I'd recommend this- Perfect light wind soarer, found it a v enjoyable build, but recommend you follow the motor battery setup.

I've bought a few things from Hollien and have had no problem with delivery to UK

Me too. I recently finished my "Inside F5J" 2.9m powered glider (Hyperflight). It was a satisfying build and it flies well in lighter conditions.
