Steve_Wright
Anyone had experience with one? Took a brave pill and ordered one from SMC, arrives in a few weeks. Plan to go electric with it and want to keep it under 7.5kgs (kit is listed at 6.9kgs) so will see what I can do power wise after I check the kit weight. Not sure on the German markings, really like the Marines markings on the Hangar9 one but they are silly money and too big for me.

If I was picking a scheme for a short nose Bronco, the German one would be close to the bottom of the list. German company I think. I also like the USAF vietnam schemes too. chris collis
Have you considered the Bronco in the first Desert Storm colours?Ive just finished an o/d 60in version for electric and pss.it weighs in at 7.5lbs in glider version but could be built lighter.Look at the pssa website for flying shots. Steve_Wright
Actually the German scheme is growing on me, there are a few variations on it, and at least the orientation should be easy as opposed to all over grey or green

Have Pichler put a transparent dome where the cargo doors should be? No, however I have found picktures of German Broncos with a solid clamshell. May look at making a glass rear door though. Steve_Wright
Seems well packed up with no rattle / transport damage Cockpit detail, thinking I will mount a camera somewhere in here for some recording / FPV
Steve_Wright
Order of motors, ESC's, servos and servo leads placed today, a week or so of waiting until more progress. May paint the oleo's white as per the real thing, they come in silver out of the box. Also spotted some variances in the German planes, some have a solid rear shell, some have glass, some have the sponsons, some dont.
Steve_Wright
Been a bit slack with this project, must get it completed in October. All the bits n bobs have now arrived, no excuses apart from the telling off I will get for taking over the kitchen table for a week or so..
