Maurice Dyer
May have bought a dud. Got a 2006sg S FHSS reciever and tried to connect up. Select new model, select S FHSS protocol on tx. Power up receiver and push the little button on receiver right ?. Stays flashing red and won't link. Idiot or duff receiver ?

Andy Stephenson
Have you made sure the blue RF LED on your TX is coming on to indicate it's transmitting.

J D 8
One more thing to try, in the instructions it says in the event of a bind fail it says to try it with RX in contact with the TX.
Maurice Dyer
Guys Found and cured the problem. My workshop has a fluorescent tube right over the bench. In desperation I remembered a problem I had before. Switched off the light, and got instant bind. The same ish problem happened before years ago when I couldn't get a FassTest rx. to transmit battery voltage back to the tranny. Switch off the tube and worked fine. Anybody else had similar or just this numpty ??? Maury
J D 8
Must be something to do with the frequency of your lamp. I also have a fluorescent tube over the table and not ever had a problem.
Denis Watkins
Recently manufactured tube assemblies will not produce radio interferrance. Older types did interfere at short range
