If one servo works, the y lead must have power. The fault must therefore be on the left side of the y lead, or the plug/socket of y lead to servo, or the left servo.

This set up does not care if 2 channels are allocated, with a y lead the servos will still work.

If you have checked all the components, and they work, look very closely at the plug socket on the left side. Either a badly made bit, or even the plug inserted the wrong way round, ie signal not feeding signal.
