If anyone is interested they have an offer called 'Hand Drill Set' which represents good value, It consists of a mini machine vice with hard and soft jaws, a pin vice (with 3 jaw chuck rather than collets) and 30 HSS drill bits from 0.5mm up to 3.00mm.
