Gareth Williams 13 Posted March 27, 2022 Share Posted March 27, 2022 Seeking New Members Clent Soaring Association Radio Control Model Flying Club Clent Soaring Association has now been running for over 40 years and was originally set up as a slope soaring club based on the Clent Hills. We now fly exclusively on a flat flying field and incorporate gliders, electric fixed-wing models, electric helicopters and multirotors/drones. The club is based in a quiet, picaresque farmland setting near Hopwood, Worcestershire - just south or Birmingham. The field features a well-maintained mown patch/strip that allows ROG launches. The field is available 7 days a week and has vehicular access to the flying area. The club also runs indoor flying meets at a local halls. We are currently seeking to increase the number of active flyers in the club and would welcome new members of any experience level.
