Have several Freewing EDF but been told the F4 Phantom is tricky to fly (that us by someone who has never flown the Freewing Phantom) 6s or 8s??????? Kevin Wesley Posted May 27, 2022 Share Posted May 27, 2022 Hi Tigerman, A group of us all fly Freewing EDF aircraft i.e Hawk, ME 262, Yak , L39 Albatros, 104, Venom Mig, A10 etc etc Two of my friends fly the Phantom and they fly lovely, you need a little bit more room for the take off run ( we fly off of grass) but once in the air the Phantom is a wonderful flier.
