Thread: extra to servo fitting
23/11/2018 18:41:56

The servo it's self looks like it takes 4 individual square hollow rubbers, however the rubbers in the picture look like they fit top and bottom at one end. If they are not hollow then you are missing two rubbers.

I dry sand in the oven then when "cold" fill zip bags - cost, almost zero and conforms to most shapes and won't slide.

I like adding inside the ribs, makes a strong job.

John, that sounds interesting - how do you do that?

Fit cut inner laminates once the ribs are fitted, and fit in between ribs.

Sorry I can't visualize what you are doing? Could you expand please?

Thread: Battle of Britain: Model Squadron
25/09/2018 18:45:02

I thought it made excellent viewing with the broad mix of abilities and nationalities adding a true taste of what it must have been like. Liked the inclusion of the various technologies for additional realism.

Similar response as others back from Ch 4 but you never know we may see a follow up thumbs up

Andy, sorry rebooted both router and PC then tried BMFA from google - same no access "bmfa sent an invalid response"

Tried again and still unable to access.

Tried Denis's link and got 1&1 web hosting stating bmfa.org is registered otherwise it would show page not found.

Full address of link - http://www.bmfa.org/Home/Minutes-Agenda?Command=Core_Download&EntryId=2694 but won't connect.

Tried a link from google search but address dosen't show the green padlock either.

Thanks Denis I am aware of the planed upgrade due and would have expected any issues after the event not before, unless they are already messing about in advance on the live system.

Just trying to access the normal website not anything requiring a login. Can get the power nationals and northern area websites, just seems to be anything starting https://bmfa.org crying
