Ha yes you knew what I meant, I was talking to my wife about upgrading her phone at the same time as posting.

Anyway my 32gb micro card arrived to day, so I can play with software updates and imaging later.

cheers dave p

Got my Mobius today, I didn't think about playback at the time I assumed it all came in the kit.

Can you not just put the Sim card in your laptop at the field or back home on the pc? That's what I had in mind, but I don't have the sim card yet, so have only charged up the cam and read the online manual.

Thread: Double maiden

I have /had the same dilemma. Got a new 14sg for Christmas and a couple of 2008 and 7008 rx to put in my planes.

Also have a new Spot On 50l and Radion Pro to maiden.

I must admit I have put a new 2008 into my older Acrowot Foamie and will test fly the new 14sg on that.

Its just peace of mind, that if the radio works, then im settled.

cheers Dave p

I broke the last of my dremel multi-scroller blades yesterday. More on order.

Yes I was going with the Laser 80. My aim is get the body looking like a plane and hopefully get some wheels on it.

I can build the wings at leisure then. No rush.

Still working on the Hannibal as well.

29/11/2014 20:06:18

Hmmm 12v jigsaw? worth a look, one more tool for the shed, after all its nearly Christmassmiley

Thanks stevo for the info.

A little bit every day, so they say.

The wings wont be a problem, I have the sanding drum for the wing ribs.

Strangely I have never built a fuselage over a plan before, especially without much in the way of instructions.

Anybody heard of or used Scheppach? scroll saws

28/11/2014 19:02:56

Band Saws kinda scare me, although I suspect I do have the room.

Yes Pinned blades around 130mm from memory.

28/11/2014 18:44:31

My Dremel Multi-scroller has run out of blades, and a year ago I had already had it with this machine, so its run out of luck too, need something better.

Any recommendations.

Is variable speed a luxury?

Looking to spend no more than £300 tops.

tail plane and elevators in need of sanding.

Using the laminating method, most of the wood was soaked in a bowl for a couple of hours, and pinned on the plans then I cheated and drizzled superglue over it.
