Thread: Lipo voltage checker

Ordered said item online with Wireless Madness's eBay shop for £2.99 delivered, decent Overlander one too.

Interestingly to buy direct from Overlander's website the lead was £1.99 but they wanted £3.00 postage!!

Hi Jolliffee,

Thanks for that, I managed to squeeze it in, my problem was the orientation of the plug sockets on the RX, it made the install very tight, but all done now. Now time for the weather to calm ready for the maiden.

Thanks for you help.

Do you mean allowing the aerial to show ? Not sure if I fancy that, do you have any pictures.

Thanks Pete smiley

Can I ask for some help please.

I have the Durafly Junior, I have concerns about the receiver installation.

I am using a Spektrum full range receiver and standard installation stipulates a 90 deg seperation of the aerials, there is simply no space, any advice?

John, your post reminded me of Causteau, also boxing, Sugar Ray, Marvin Haggler, Roberto Durran. The original Star Trek, loved it all oh and The Rockford Files just the Best.

But my absolute favorite when I was a younger, Minder.....brilliant

I think the resolution you have selceted is fine, I read them fine, so much so I was lost in the ads!! interesting to see that prices have not really changed for comparable equipment! For example Futaba radio with four servos and nicads for around £200, not a million miles from where we are today.

Sorry Robin that wasn't your question was it, but thanks anyway!!smile p

Like I said Phil, I'm in Malaysia working.

10/05/2014 14:33:02

Afternoon all,

So here I am in Malaysia for a month for work indecision and just had to find something to give me a fix. So here it is, a cheepy DFD F161 3.5 channel, it flies great around the hotel room (ok its a very large hotel room....a month away and all that) flight times a good 10 -15 mins pretty impressive from 3.7v 600mAh battery.

I defy anyone to have more fun with less that £20 smile p and its got a proper Lipo with mains charger! (incidently the blue one in the back ground broke, during a major incident with the Standard lamp, so I brought another today.....well its only £20 and it will do for spares!)

Ok they are very fragile as I found out blush but they are great fun and I honestly think they are good for beginners. So the question is how many of you guys have them, tried them or have even more than one, all the best
