|Thread: Tiny servos and compatibility to receivers|
Thanks for this. I suppose I am looking at Parkfly that will fly in large indoors 75 to 100 gram models. Anymore advice gratefully received. Potty Flyer
Just looking to build a Dep-Stik Sept15 freeplan. Inspired to make own designs using light equipment. I have discovered that some of the smallest servo plugs are wired differently to JST plugs. Please advise of compliant wiring for say 2 to 3 grams. Servos to use Futaba or Spretrum radio. I have a 4 channel Spectrum receiver as a beginning but am prepared to invest in balanced gear. Please advise use.Potty Flyer

Many thanks for this. I have looked into all the BRC kit. Can you tell which servos and receiver you have used. I understand some 2gm servos have leads which Don,t match some receivers . I have Futaba and Spectrum 2.4, ease advise. potty flyer
Hi all, I am considering building one of these as a Park Flyer and interested to hear from those who have beat me to it and to the whole flight package they have used with their results. Best regards, Potty Flyer
|Thread: Prop selection for Max Thrust Riot|
Thanks for that, different battery suppliers appear to give different results, I am using Overlander via Inwood Models and get consistent 7 minute flights on the standard prop and setup, leaving about 80 percent in the cells above 3.75 per cell. PottyFlyer
Many thanks, I have a watts meter and willexperiment this way. I just wondered if fellow flyers had come up with better solutions. The standard props appear crude, I struggled tobalance one of the two supplied. More advice welomed Potty Flyer
The Max Thrust Riot has become very popular for good reason, being described with movements reduced as a good trainer to a fully aerobatic aircraft with movements increased. I have returned to our Sport. I now have one of these fine machines and would be interested in tried and tested prop combinations on 2200mm 3 cell packs with original ESC. Your thoughts please.
