has anyone on here tried Aspen Alkylate fuel for their petrol engines?Just bought some,comes ready mixed at 50.1,so I have added some more oil.It does not smell and lasts a long time without going off.Will let you know how I get on

make sure you have taken the plug out holding the liner.Then heat up the body should come out,it went in!

To fill the cowl I use plasterers scrim tape,on the inside the tape is self adhesive.Then I put masking tape on the outside,I use frog tape.Smear the scrim with brown gorilla glue.when set fill the outside with plastic padding.I have just done a cowl for electric and it looks good.

Make sure your transmitter trim is full y down,make sure the end point adjustment is 100%.The throttle position needs to be normal,not reversed.Hope fully this will work,to program it set the throttle to high the connect to the battery,you will hear a series of beeps.But for gods sake take the prop off.

1000 watt motor and 4 cells turning a 14 inch prop should do nicely,overlander have good range of motors.

Run it restrained only for a few seconds,it puts the amps right up.Like driving your car with the handbrake on.

I always set crow up on a slider switch.That way you don't get all or nothing,also you may need a few degrees of down elevator.Always try to have full deflection on the maximum.

Just got mine down out the loft doesn't look in to bad condition,luckily I still have the canopy.I have a 70mm 6 blade fan should run with 4 cells.I think I will cut the fuselage in half remove old fan and install new fan,then repaint it as it It a bit grubby.Give me something to do in the lockdown.
