That's Martian and fates way telling you to STICK at it Danny.
I've just put a photo of the cockpit shape from above in my Fury Photo album.
I don't know how to put images on the forum.
It comes from the Fury Profile publications number 18.
I hope it helps.

Shaping the leading edge first and adding carbon fibre tows would be easier to add strength and keep shape.

If your interested, there is a write up on Outerzone of the plan,it might help with the build technique of the designer and produce a few light bulb moments.....hopefully.
It does take practice Danny,i have the scar's and empty plaster boxes to prove it.
I have also got a few home made mini saws, breaking fine toothed hacksaw blades in half, then tapeing the top part with electrical tape to act as a handle.
Andy i'll be using a Dremel type mini drill with a cutting blade to remove parts.
Heard a clonk on the floor from the letterbox this morning.....YYEEESSSS....the parts are brilliant Ernie,Thank you for all your help.
I know how you feel Danny😥
Ooooohhhh, I hope mine arrive today
Thanks Ernie,..I like a bit of bling.
I am looking at doing the cowl with lithoplate.
I have quite a few sheets of the stuff,i will have to practise first.
I think litho will give a better look and finish.
Hi Ernie,Paypal payment made.Have left a note on the paypal invoice regading delivery address.
Thanks for your time and help.
They look good Ernie. Please put me down for a set.
Thanks for the offer.
I am going to make all my own stuff. It will take longer, but will be enjoyable all the same.
Every project has it's spanner in the works moment,we have had ours regarding Traplet, let's hope the rest will be easier and fun.
Using pull pull cables will be a lot lighter than push rods, especially at the rear.
I used the pull pull system on my PV-7,it's very quick and easy to do.Just make sure that the runs to the rear are snag free when fitting.
I used a carbon rod at the front with paxolin horns epoxied to the rods and a short control linkage to the servo.
Fishing trace wire is what I used with fishing ferrels to fix the line in place. At the front end I used an adjustable linkage to attach to the horns for easy adjustment.
I will try and get a few piccies up at the weekend to show the system I used if it helps.
I've finished buying everything
If you are going to clad the cowl with lithoplate, you should be able to change the angle slightly at the front. Also looking at the spinner ,the backplate could be set on a pillar drill and filled down 2 or 3 mm.
Doing both should give a nice clean line.
Wow,it is a shame.Danny ,I think you are right.
Ive just looked at their website and it does state that the shop store is closed.
I hope everyone gets what they ordered.
Just checked mine.mines the same,Spinner is a lot bigger than the line at the front of the cowl.
