Thread: Black Horse Stuka
10/08/2011 10:05:49

No its not the same one ,the Hyperion JU-87 Stuka is built up a bit lighter and runs on a 3s also it dose not have a esc or servos but acording to the reviews it flys a lot beter and a bit slower its a mater of what you want and need i need somethig a bit more getell so i will go for the Hyperion JU-87 Stuka.
10/08/2011 07:57:38

Robert have a look at this one the reviews are saying its easy to fly and an ideal first scale model

Thread: scale reference material
10/07/2011 10:16:57

On a visit to Yorkshire air museum my much better half spotted a CD about the Lancaster, at the time I had a quick look knowing I had a few more Cd's DVDs but walking round the museum they had one of the Cd's running on a stand alone VDU and the details and material details were really good cutaways photos drawings even if your not building then just for pure interest they are good they can be found here flying zone direct or in shops and museums i guess . they do the Lancaster ,spitfire .Halifax hurricane with the mossy out soon if this has been posted before sorry.
Thread: RAF Museum Hendon
09/07/2011 09:00:27

Some years ago i was building a scale Avro 504, the one that was being held at Hendon I rang them and explain what I was doing and they said if I could make a weekday visit I could get close to the 504 not only did they let me get close up but provided steps and access to the archive's to see the drawing's this is a wonderful museum .
