Thread: servo grommets
Wet them (spit is ok) and squeeze.

Thread: Is it Murphy's law
I guess we all have similar problems, I got this from another modelling forum
But my rememberer is broke
Thread: Caption competition!
That's my hopes dashed again
Well done David.
Thread: wireless printer
Sorry I can not help as I know little about computers but have never found PC World to be very helpful,l they only seem to deal with hardware. I suggest you find an other computer dealer/service place and try them first.. Tell us where you are and people may be able to direct you to someone local who can help.
Thread: Lindsay Todd's Fred - RCM&E April 2017
Denis P, don't forget the engine and pilot.
Thread: Caption competition!

Thread: New project, Avro Shackleton 72" span
The 'joke' amongst us ground crew was that the Vipers produced just enough power to carry them and the fuel they needed. Flying from south coast to St Mawgan at night the Vipers were ruin part of the way to burn off excess fuel for landing as they couldn't dump over land.
Thread: Experiments with Micro EDF units
If it is no good as an EDF you could always give it to a little girl to use as a hair drier for her dolls
Thread: redundant 35mhz ?
The only real problem with 35 MHz gear comes when you still have some models not yet converted And decide to give them an outing then forget to extend the TX ariel.
I have done this twice, the first time I got away with it but the second time
Thread: KeilKraft Pixie
When I read the first post by Cliff I thought 'I am sure this was done by Tim Hooper some time ago' so Tim's post proves that my memory isn't as bad as I thought
Thread: IT help
I am now on W10 and still using memory sticks from XP, no problems so far.
Thread: FMS Alpha Jet 2ch R/C conversion for PSS
Some nice models there. Well done all.
Do you realise it will not fly without the 'shark's teeth ' decal ?
Thread: Am I drinking too much?
Well it looks like this forum and it's readers have helped a fellow modeller, how great is that?
Thread: 3D design
They look good.Tony
Thread: Metal building board.
A great idea but try not to make the mistake of someone I read about here some years back by a chap who found that the sheet of stainless steel he had bought was non magnetic.
Thread: Aircraft that are difficult to rc scale
How about the ML Gadfly (Also known as the 'durex delta'.
Or try the Blackburn B20 (sea plane with retractable single float)
I'm sure there are many others but the use of multi axis gyros makes many more previously unsuitable aircraft now possible.

Thread: The 2018 Mass Build Ideas thread
Some of the re-issued old plans from recent months would meet the original purpose and could be built by more experienced modellers to show what is achievable. Of course some may decide to scale them up !
