Hi Den, being a bit mutton myself I use a Spectrum DX6 which has an earphone socket and this nice young lady speaks to me but nobody else can hear her,invaluable.

It is the same size but the wings are now built up instead of foam veneer and all the parts are laser cut,superbly!

I,'ve just finished my Perkins Panic and with a 6s 4500ma Lipo it balancess just about ok ,it weighs 5lb 7ounces which is about a pound less than the old ones with a 60 up front I seem to remember.

Of you are using Spectrum then DSMX Rx,s are about £7 from Banggood which will not break the bank!
