Plus 1 for Creocote, used on my fence and that's about 10 years old now panels are still in good condition.

Next door used a water based fence paint and his panels are falling apart after a few years

Yes you are right, my eberspacher I picked up was very cheep and it has worked well for quite a few years but is beginning to show a few faults but it has run in excess of 1400 hours so far...

Time to have a back up plan so will look into getting one, just incase

I've used Eberspacher heaters for quite a few years, now these cheep clones have come onto the market I will get one to keep as a backup heater just in case my heater packs up as they cost around the same price to have my heater serviced by a Eberspacher engerneer.

Your post has just reminded me how I used to bend steel pipes with a hydraulic bender and we had to give it 1.5 extra pumps on the ram to overcome the spring in the pipes, the biggest I bent was 2'' but the benders we used went up to 4'' if I remember correctly.

Hi Daniel, That's why I've used chrome vinyl on the fins to help with the orientation as I have the same covering on the top and bottom and I'm hoping the sun will reflect enough for me to work out which way up it is. I will maiden the blitz next weekend......

Rocker you may have a faulty cell that is causing the over charge, I had a similar problem on a 24 volt Land rover due to a bad cell the total charge went up to around 30 volts
