I have an SC 32 & found that the low speed needle needed a lot of adjusting even though it was factory set I think I screwed it in around a complete turn to get a good tick over and pick up
Thread: Take off and Landing on a postage stamp!
When I got back into model planes after a 25 year break, I taught my self to fly & would go round to my local park at around 0530hr there would be a couple of dog walkers about & I just waited for them to move on and clear my space. I did join a couple of clubs but I still pop around to the local park to fly.
I'm familiar with ''that'' tree just to the right of the entrance gate on the other side of the road at the corcord club, and it's getting bigger..........

Thread: What are your 2013 build plans?
The big ship is finished, its got a new SC32 which needed a lot of fiddling to get it to run right, the bottom end needle was much to rich & I have fitted a hot plug to make the bottom end run smoother as it only needs around 1/4 throttle to fly

Thread: digital issues
OK this is weird, last week I could view January 2009 issue, then it stopped working over the week end, but I could look at any other digital issue. I have just tried using Internet explorer & it works, back on Firefox its not working but I can still view other dates of the digital copies.
Yes Phill lots of other copys work.
Just tried that, still no joy
Looks like its a local problem then, I've had an e-mail reply from David Ashby & he said to contact the subscriptions dept which has been done and they said they would look into the problem, but no change yet.
checking back on digital issues I can not view January 2009 or the 2008 special, I don't keep the old copies of RCM&E so use the digital issues as a reference. My subs are up to date till April & I can look at any other digital copy but not Jan 09 & 2008 special. This is the box that I get when I click on the digital copy
