Thanks Graeme, i'll take a look at them, having a bit of trouble getting the MR mechanicals fitted at the moment, the pushrods are proving to be a headache with the retract unit further out than the wheels

i often read the build blogs with great interest and admire the quality of build, innovation and finish achieved by many of the contributors. i am not however necessarily going to write my support for them. i would like to suggest a "like' button such as is used on Facebook that would acknowledge my interest and encourage further contributions. I am not a IT person and have no idea if this could be done.

Make reasonable attempts to locate the owner and or take it to the local Police Station. if no one claims it after 3 months its yours, then eBay it!

Ideas needed to help me with Solartexing the Scallops on a Flair Baronette. The standard sealing iron just can't do them very easily. Are there any tools or small irons that will help. 1/2 a wing done 2 1/2 to go!!!

Hi all, i'm still making one!! Do you think it would benefit from having Flaps installed for landing or is it satisfactory without, as MR designed?

Hi Colin, thanks for the response, i guessed as much but was just starting to wonder with all the box type mounts on the internet. it seems simple enough and easy to create so i will go for it as MR suggests. i am a sport flyer at much Marcle so fly of a grass strip. i have some oleos which have been extended a little so i'm going to try them. Any idea what 3 1/2" wheels have a narrower profile to help fitting?
