Thread: Complete A Pac Kits

i built an old CAP Piper Cub, about 70", flew very nicely with a Saito 45 up front. it seemed to be nicely designed and not too heavy even when covered in Solartex and built L4 esque.

Thread: F15 Pusher

The F15 went up with a good long run on a grass strip, powered by a OS 25. i wouldn't have hand launched it, far too wide underneath.

That's it Robin, The Alex Weiss F15 Eagle, thanks for your help.

Back in the 70's i built from a free RM/RCME plan an F15 Eagle for a 25 sport, pusher prop, 1/4 sheet wings and tail, apron 30" span very simple construction but flew well. Any ideas where i can find the plans.

There is an excellent article in the RCME Autumn Special that will help you identify an appropriate set up, well worth a read.

Thread: Who's still got a Mick Reeves Focke-Wulf 190D-9?

Thanks Graeme, i'll take a look at them, having a bit of trouble getting the MR mechanicals fitted at the moment, the pushrods are proving to be a headache with the retract unit further out than the wheels

13/12/2018 11:25:01

hi Graeme, what sort of retracts are you fitting?

yes

i often read the build blogs with great interest and admire the quality of build, innovation and finish achieved by many of the contributors. i am not however necessarily going to write my support for them. i would like to suggest a "like' button such as is used on Facebook that would acknowledge my interest and encourage further contributions. I am not a IT person and have no idea if this could be done.

Make reasonable attempts to locate the owner and or take it to the local Police Station. if no one claims it after 3 months its yours, then eBay it!
