I treated myself for Christmas this year and chose a kit from Pegasus Models Norwich.

Order placed at 1239hrs 3rd December 2014.

At 1035hrs 4th December 2014 City Link delivered said item.

Nothing unusual in that as when it all goes well it all goes well.

What I really liked was this.

"Dear Kevin.

Kit box was damaged in transit from XXXXXXXX.

I have checked contents. All appears fine.

I have put in a pack of Epoxy as box is damaged.

Hope that is OK

Regards

Robin"

The cost of the Epoxy was £11.00 with the free postage and reduced price of the kit I saved over £45.00 on this purchase.

So Pegasus Models could just have sent the kit out and blamed the courier, but they chose to check and send a gift.

That to my way of thinking is GREAT customer service.

You can be sure I will be using them again.

(The XXXXXXXX are to put you all off the scent as I do not yet want to say what the kit is as there will be a build thread to follow.)
