The ultimate question that all beginners face: IC or Electric?
" Simply stated i.c. engines just aren't as reliable as electric"
David, I can already hear the wailing and gnashing of teeth

Not exactly the ultimate question.
I was expecting the answer to life, the universe and everything

I enjoyed the magazine. Danny Fenton's report is excellent and I enjoyed all the other articles too. The Icon one was particularly interesting. For Pete Lowe's OS or Saito debate I voted Laser!

|That quote probably has more to do with Davids ability to run an IC engine than anything else|

dry joints, intermittent connections, poor charge regimes, incorrect prop/esc/motor sizing - more reliable for a beginner - really?

Bought my mag. today in the local newsagents and am having a quick 'flick through'. One glaring error is in Dave Roberts article on the Bristol Freighter - the photo on page 71 of Aer Turas EI-APC was christened 'City of Cork' and not 'City of York'. Better picture HERE.

I enjoyed it as always, it was especially nice to see one of my comments in the lunchtime debate.
However I do Have a bit of a moan, now I realise that the magazines are a commercial item and have to make money and as such adverts are neccessary, but now they are taking up vertical half pages in amongst the articles.
I much prefer the articles to be complete and the adverts on there own pages, full page if needed.

Good idea, I agree with that, adverts fine but keep them outside of an article, any chance of this happening?

When can we expect the third part of the Graupner MZ-24 radio test? The world is agog, awaiting the RCM&E insight into both programming, and, the various telemetary options this radio has to offer.
