Thanks guys.

Depends where. Staples will do it, and be about £7, plus a £3 'file handling fee'. I normally just print it through Acrobat, tiled on A4, and then stick them all together.

If you really want a full sheet, getting it done for £7 or £10 is probably worth the cost. A0 is (counts) 16 A4s to align precisely and stick together.

Sometimes, it is better to have a plan in smaller sections, and tile printing or printing "current views" can get you exactly what you want.

You could do it yourself if you don't mind joining up the A4 sheets.

I've used a free PDF tiler **LINK** a few times and it seems excellent.

Acrobat Reader has a tile function.

I don't mind sitting and sticking loads of A4's together. Gives me a chance to study the airframe and work out the structure. But for the instant gratification crowd, email it to Staples, they'll print it and you can collect or have them post it to you.

Your local print/photocopy shop should do it. Mine does. Cost me about a fiver for A1. Mine will also scan for £2-3. Some (most) can also reverse a plan and print it. Great for both wings when only one is provided on the plan. frown

**LINK** I have used these people, five quid plus postage for a whole envelope full of good quality A0 plans.

Hi all, as I do not own a printer, would it be possible to down load tiled A4 plans to a memory stick, then take them to a printer to be printed? Thanks

FB3 - if you download to a stick and take to a printer, you don't need to tile to A4 - they will just print full size
