Foam sheeted F3a wing at 76''.

Not having done this before I'm just pondering the best way to glue the wing sleeve portion into the wing without getting epoxy down the sleeve and thus fouling the tube space, if that makes sense. The fit between the sleeve and the 'false rib' is tight and likely to foul any taped end solution, some sort of thin but tight end plug would seem to be the answer, any advice please?

Many thanks, Bob V.

You try the following - CA some thin card onto the end of the sleeve forming a cap, then cut it nice and flush when the CA is dry. Perfect the flushing by lightly sanding around the card.
