The Veron Tomtit is now something of a classic Loukis, and you'd need to be certain it's built and finished to an acceptably good standard. You need to see before you buy.......

If you really want one and you don't go for this one, it is now possible to get a lazer cut set of parts. You'd also need the plan of course, and I think these can be had from Colin Smith, son of the original Veron designer Phil Smith.

Hi Percy, thanks for your prompt reply, I have an original kit in mint condition which i dont want to build and just ordered the laser cut parts from belair. The one on ebay looks well built and is advertised at a reasonable price, so i thought i'd get that one also.

Nice avatar, DH Moth?

That looks really nice, I would have that if it was not so far away from me. As you say the price looks reasonable.

He also has it advertised on BMFA site so maybe you could contact him through there?

I remember lusting after the kit in my local toy shop as a kid.

Yes Loukis, DH 60 Moth, built from the D B Sport and Scale kit in 1990. Good flyer. I have since built the newer lazer cut Moth kit, which is far superior to the original.

I also have some original untouched Veron kits, but not the Tomtit. A friend has one though.
